  Very disappointed with the service received here! My husband and I are from Dartmouth and we drove to my parents place in Moncton for the weekend. We decided to have our tires changed and when I booked my appointment they told me I could get a COMPLIMENTARY wheel alignment, so I said, “ Complimentary... you don’t have to say that twice... sure I will get that done”. We dropped our Jeep off Monday morning and went to Cora’s for breakfast and came back a few hours later to pick up the vechile. We arrived to find out our wheel alignment was actually not complimentary.... the analysis is. Anyway, they said it to us in a way that made it seem free when it wasn’t. Just be careful by their wording. When we explained the situation to the staff they were very rude and kept saying we had agreed to it that morning. Plus, they were answering calls and ignored us when we arrived and we waited 15 minutes; they had 3 people that were working. I am sure one of them could have stopped what they were doing to help us.
