  Nice spot, centrally located. The issue here is that there is ZERO customer service. I have been here a few times and it seems to always be the same guy behind the counter, he never greets us or even acknowledges our presence in the store, he stays seated behind the counter staring at his computer. A greeting would be great and to ask us what we are looking for and if he could help us answer any questions we might have would be a bare minimum. We will not be returning here.

  Well I stopped by today around 4:45 wanting to take a look at there rowers. Interested in purchasing a water rower but wanted to compare there other models before buying. But when I arrived I find out that they were closed, but on there door it said they were supposed to be open until 6. This is the 3rd time I've had this problem here. I can't see myself returning if they don't want customers in there store. Too bad because I like to buy local , and now I will have to purchase my water rower somewhere else.
