Dan, the store manager made me feel like his primary goal was to ensure that my experience and satisfaction was number one. He listened, gave great advice, took our price point into consideration and then gave us several choice while explaining the differences. At no time did I feel like it was a pressure sale or that he was trying to impress us with his knowledge, as opposed to the sales person at your competitor (Benjamin Moore).
